Sandbox cake

This cake was a going away gift for the last day of day care. Everything is edible; the “sand” is graham crumbs, the toys are fondant, and the “wood” is made of chocolate sugar cookies. Moist vanilla cake with whipped vanilla frosting lies beneath! 20 cupcakes with graham crumbs on top accompanied the cake.

30th Anniversary

I was requested to make a simple one layer cake with yellow flower accents of my choice for a 30th anniversary this weekend. I love creative license! The cake was marble with chocolate icing.

Baby Shower fun :)

This weekend I had a request for a baby shower cake. It was so fun! I had fun getting creative and was rewarded by a happy customer! The “fur” is chocolate butter cream, and the accents are fondant.
