Flavors and fillings

These are the flavors I currently serve. I am certainly open to suggestions, and there will be more to come. You might want to try doubling up flavors! For example, having a layer of chocolate and a layer of caramel, so that each slice has two flavors inside. Pair it with a complementary filling, such as Madagascar vanilla frosting for a delectable combination! More flavors coming soon!

Carrot cake (also available in a heart healthy version,

tastier than you think, and great for diabetics!)

Flour-less chocolate cake *this cake is very tasty, but has a brownie like density, and therefore is not suitable for stacking. It’s more suited for a sheet cake.*

*Fruit fillings are done upon request, and vary by availability.

* Please note: for Wedding or Large party tastings, specialty flavors are limited to one flavor per dozen cupcakes. Specialty flavors are; Fruit filled, chocolate Guinness, Carrot cake, flourless chocolate, chai tea and special requests.
